Web Part Description
The Infinite Tiers Tags web part is a custom web part that implements the concept of
tagging in a SharePoint environment. This web part is a combination of three web parts:
Tag Cloud, Tag Browse and Tagged Lists.
In addition, it includes a Tag Feature Page that is used in SharePoint sites when there
is a requirement to tag items in different lists with the ability to view items based on a specific tags.
Below we provide a description of the constituent web parts in this Tags web part:
Tagged Lists Web Part
This web part is used to map a SharePoint list to the tagging feature.
Tag Cloud Web Part
This web part is used to view all tags in a SharePoint site from all lists that are mapped to Tagging feature.
Tag Browse Web Part
This web part is used to view all items that use the same tag.
Tag Feature Page
is a feature that's used to create a page called tags.aspx; in this page users can see the
Tag Browse web part after users click on any Tag in the Tag Cloud web part in the home page.
